Pre Order Term And Conditions

1. This is a limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) made available on www.amazon.in and/or the mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). The offer is funded by Amazon Payments India Pvt. Ltd. (“Amazon Pay”)

2. You may only avail this Offer if you: (a) are located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; (c) have a billing address in India; and (d) are 18 years or above.

3. To be eligible to avail this Offer, you must: (i) Pre-book the OnePlus TV of the OnePlus brand (“Brand”) to be launched in July, 2020 (“Product”) on Amazon.in by purchasing “Extended Warranty of 2 Years for the OnePlus TVs [Powered by Acko]” priced at INR 1000 available at B07M857MZV [Extended Warranty] offered by the seller “Acko” any time between Jun 23rd, 2020 to Jul 4th, 2020 [both days inclusive] [such period hereinafter referred to as the “Pre-Booking Period”]; (ii) Purchase any variant of Product, i.e. of OnePlus TV (2020 series) using Pre-Paid payment methods (not applicable on Electronic Pay on Delivery) any time from launch in Jul, 2020 till Aug 5th, 2020 (both days inclusive) from the same Amazon.in account through which the Product was pre-booked during the Pre-booking Period (such period hereinafter referred to as the “TV Sale Period”) Pre-booking Period and the TV Sale Period shall collectively be referred to as “Offer Period” for this Offer. The Offer Period may be extended or revoked by the Brand at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

4. Each customer who successfully undertakes the aforementioned steps from the same Amazon.in account (“Eligible Customer”) will be eligible to receive INR 1000 as Amazon Pay Balance as the benefit under this Offer.

5. It is hereby clarified that: (a) the steps mentioned in Section 4 (i) and (ii) above, must be undertaken from the same Amazon.in account to be eligible for the Extended Warranty benefit on OnePlus TV; (b) a customer who purchases the Product after the expiry of the TV Sale Period, shall not be eligible to avail Extended Warranty benefit on OnePlus TV. (c) This offer is not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery (POD)

6. The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on Amazon.in other than the Product. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Product which is returned or refunded by the Eligible Customer or if the order for such Product is cancelled by the Eligible Customer or the third party seller. The offer is applicable on the newly launched OnePlus TVs in July 2020 not applicable on the existing OnePlus QLED TVs.

7. An Eligible Customer will be eligible for the Benefit under this Offer only once irrespective of the number of Product(s) purchased during the Offer Period. This Offer will only be available the first time a customer pre-books the Product and subsequently purchases the Product during the TV Sale Period, and both these steps are undertaken from the same Amazon.in account.

8. Benefit offered under this Offer- Extended warranty for 2 years is offered by Seller “Acko” and INR 1000 is funded Cashback by Amazon Pay , to the total exclusion of Amazon. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer.

9. All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the Product and the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you/ the Eligible Customer.

10. The Brands reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Amazon reserves the right to remove this Offer from Amazon.in at any time and without any prior notice.

11. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer being provided on Amazon.in.
